As December ends, PokerNews offers a look back at its Top 10 Stories of 2023. The PokerNews Podcast crew which lost Jesse Fullen a couple months back but welcomed Matt Hansen alongside co-hosts Chad Holloway and Connor Richards thought wed do the same by sharing our six favorite episodes of the year!

It was another great year with some strong guests that included Poker Hall of Famers Erik Seidel, Scotty Nguyen, Billy Baxter, Phil Hellmuth, Brian Rast, Daniel Negreanu, Jack McClelland, Eli Elezra, Chris Moneymaker, and Mori Eskandani.

The Chad & Jesse Poker Show

The 2023 World Series of Poker (WSOP) may be in the rearview mirror, but that just means its a good time to take a look back at some of the highlights from the record-breaking seven-week festival. For PokerNews, some of those highlights came in twice a week with new episodes of the new The Chad & Jesse Poker Show, which was produced in conjunction with Level 9 Studios.

PokerNews Pod Special Edition: The Rounders 25th Anniversary Watch-Along Show

On a special episode of the PokerNews Podcast, host Chad Holloway is joined by a special panel to celebratethe 25th Anniversary of the acclaimed poker movie Rounders, which premiered in theaters back on September 11, 1998. PokerNews senior writer Jon Sofen, Poker Royalty's Jesse Fullen, and noted poker historian and former WSOP Media Director Nolan Dalla join Chad in studio to do a watch along of the movie during which they offer their thoughts, commentary, fun facts, and much more.

Back in February, Chad Holloway and Jesse Fullen welcomed guest Chris Moneymaker to the show. The 2003 World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event champ shares details on what happened in regards to his Moneymaker Social Club in Paducah, Kentucky closing its poker operations after feeling some heat from local authorities. Goodbye, Jesse

In August, it is Jesse Fullen's final episode before he departs PokerNews for an exciting opportunity, which he talked about alongside co-host Chad Holloway.
